Terms of Service

The service

Deeplica Portfolios records and analyses stock portfolios you enter or import. Access is by request and Deeplica's approval; billing is prepaid, against a token wallet whose ledger and rate card you can read in full.

Not investment advice

Portfolios computes and explains your own records. Nothing in it — including the AI analyst — is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a prediction of prices. Figures are computed from what you entered; where something cannot be known (an unpriced holding, a missing cost basis), the product says so rather than guessing, and you should treat any figure it does show as depending on the completeness of what you gave it.

Your account

Your phone number is your account and your second factor. Anyone in control of that number can reset the account password after proving control by SMS — protect your SIM as you would a bank credential. Setting a new password signs out every other session and notifies the account's email and Deeplica.

Billing

Prepaid credit becomes tokens; metered usage draws them down at the published rate card (cost plus the published margin). At 20% remaining you are warned; at 1% spending stops. A frozen account keeps full read and export access — running out of credit never locks you away from your own records.

Leaving

Deleting a workspace makes it read-only for 30 days — export anything, restore if it was a mistake — and then purges it permanently. Records of payments we received are retained as our own books, as the law requires.

Our commitments and limits

We run the service with the care described in the privacy notice: your data stays in the Tel Aviv region, operator access is audited in your own trail, and failures are surfaced rather than hidden. The service is provided as-is; our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months before a claim, to the extent the law allows. Israeli law governs these terms.
